The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that they allowed us to keep our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

The internet was quite slow and not reliable.

Tv did not work. Although we contacted the hotel reps, they did not fix it. Parking should have been free. They charged 50TL when I had to leave the hotel with my car. That is the most rediculous charge I have ever seen . It was very cheap move for the Dedeamn group to milk their customers.

I had a great stay at Park Dedeman Bostancı. The hotel is modern, clean, and ideally located for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional. One highlight of my stay was the restaurant—both the food and service were excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Aşkın, whose warm hospitality and attentive service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is really friendly, room service works fine. They always bring water to the rooms, which is also really nice. Nice extra like slippers and extra kits.

The smell in the rooms. I had a really unpleasing smell in one room - I told the reception they changed my room, but then the next room smelled like cigarettes. I am generally sensitive when it comes to smells, but it shouldn’t be like this in a four star hotel. Internet is not working well.

The size of the room.

The location isn’t safe. many garages and auto shops in the surroundings. The fitness room is poorly equipped with bad ventilation. The. AC is not turned on in your room unless you call reception and ask for it. No room service.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was good. Uguran was the only helpful staff member, who helped me a lot. He understood I didn’t speak the language so would make calls for me for which I am very grateful.

The rest of the staff weren’t helpful at all. I asked for their help in ordering food from a local restaurant as I don’t speak Turkish and they refused to help, stating they are loyal to their hotel restaurant which seemed as an excused because the previous staff member had no issues. Overall, most of the reception staff weren’t helpful at all.

Quite disappointed

The valet parking service is given to an outsider company; so drivers ( valets) are not customer satisfaction oriented and moreover very rude and do not speak english ; the only thing they know well to do is running after your car as soon as u enter into very tiny parking space to take yr money , so it s very strange procedure to pay the daily total parking fee when u enter into and not when u r getting out !!!

I was pleased with the spaciousness of the room, and the reception staff were friendly. However, there was an issue with our booking through Booking.com. We had requested a room with separate beds but were given a double-bed room instead. Although it wasn't what we asked for, the staff made every effort to resolve the situation. After three nights, they were able to move us to the correct room.

That we had to wait three days to get the room that we originally aked for. The internet connection was quite slow, and the hotel gym was underwhelming in terms of equipment. While the gym had plenty of space, there was definitely room to add more machines and improve the overall experience.

My partner and I really like this hotel. This was our second stay there. It is definetely high value for money. Great staff, very clean and modern rooms, great breakfast with a lot of fresh options. People working in the restaurant and kitchen are great, too. Always attentive and ready to smile. The buffet has a great variety of options from traditional Turkish breakfast options to continental options. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also good on Agean side of Istanbul. Close to the main road where you can take a bus to central places. A short walking distance to the metro station. And reservation through Booking.com is very smooth and cheaper than the hotel's own website.

Room is new decorated. Bathroom is nice. Staffs are friendly.

Location. Difficult to reach by public transport. It is inside car repairs shops. No shop or restaurant in night time around.
